Camera Ready Paper Submission (for Elsevier ProcediaCS )

Please revise the paper strictly in accordance with the referee comments. Authors should submit Camera-ready version of papers in English, carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling.Please ensure that no figures or text are copied from already published sources. Authors who submit papers that contain any form of plagiarism will invite unwarranted consequences.

Paper Formatting &Template:

Elsevier Procedia CS requires MS Word files in addition to the PDF version of your paper in the final camera ready submission. While preparing the camera ready paper, use only the template specifically created for ICICT 2014 conference, which is given below:

Authors must use this template for submitting their papers while strictly following the guidelines provided here All guidelines and documents pertaining to the submission process can be found in the webpage
Please ensure that all the figures are of 300 DPI resolutions

For Latex users:

Latex users need not submit an MS word file. Instead, they need to include the source files in a folder and include this folder in the camera ready zip file submitted.

Elsevier has now automated the exclusive license transfer process. The copyright form will be directly sent to the Authors by Elsevier during production of the proceedings. As soon as Elsevier receives the final article, an acknowledgment letter containing a hyperlink to the Procedia exclusive licence agreement transfer page is sent to the Authors. Authors are requested to assign their license within 3 days of receiving the acknowledgement letter. The Publisher shall not include a paper in the Procedia unless authors submit a signed Procedia license agreement directly to Elsevier.

Author Information:

A document containing a list of all authorswith complete address details of each author is to be provided for each paper. Details needed are Paper id, Paper Title, Author full names, telephone numbers, business/institution postal mailing addresses, including postal zip codes, Country and email addresses. This will be sent to Elsevier.

Page Limit:

Maximum size limit of a paper submitted in ICICT 2014 is 8 pages in single column Procedia CS style. Papers exceeding 8 pages should pay extra page charge as per the rates given in the Registration page. The total size of a paper is limited to 14 pages with extra page charges.

Student Author Certificate:

Student authors should submit a certificate from their Head of the Department/Institution that they are full time students/research scholars. Part time research scholars and students have no fee concession and are treated as Regular Authors and no certificate is needed in their case.

Scanned copy of Fee Paid receipts and registration form should be submitted along with the camera ready submission. Click here to download registration form

Please follow the steps below for Camera Ready Submissions:

1. Create your final manuscript as specified in the template provided. The title, author names, Affiliations, References, Abstract, Keywords, Main text (including figures and tables), Acknowledgements, Appendix etc. should strictly follow the template format. If any mismatch in guidelines and template of Elsevier proceedings is found, Strictly follow the template.

2. Please don’t use author titles (Dr. Prof. etc. )in front of names and also avoid using positions (Professor, Lecturer, Scholar etc.).

3. Proof read and checkthe layout of your paper.

4. Create PDF version of your paper in addition to the MS word version of your paper. Your Paper should have file names PROCS_ICICT_2014_FirstAuthorLastName.pdf or doc respectively.Latex users need not submit an MS word file. Instead, they need to include the source files in a folder named PaperID_FirstAuthorLastName_ SourceFiles and include this folder in the camera ready zip file submitted.

5. Submit as a single Zip file:
After completion of the above steps, create a Zip file containing your final camera ready paper (both PDF and MS word versions), source files if any, Author Information, scanned copy of full time student certificate (if applicable), Registration Forms,and the copy of Fee Paid receipts. The Zip file should be named as, where Paper ID is the submission number you received when you submitted your paper via EasyChair
